Terms of Use

The short version: use Fidiora fairly, pay for the resolutions you use, and your data stays yours. These terms set out the rules for using our site and product. By using Fidiora, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

2. The service

Fidiora resolves customer questions with AI, captures leads, and routes the rest to your team. We work to keep the service available and accurate, but AI responses can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing how Fidiora is configured for your business.

3. Billing

  • Fidiora is billed per genuine resolution, as defined on our How we define a resolution page.
  • There are no seat fees, setup fees, or add-on module fees.
  • Human handoffs and abandoned or silent conversations are not billed.
  • You can set a monthly spend cap. We will not bill above your cap.
  • Fees are charged in the currency shown at signup and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Fidiora to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or process content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the content you connect and the conversations Fidiora handles for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service for you. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Fidiora and its software, design, and brand are owned by us. These terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you, beyond the right to use the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or change features over time. We aim to give notice of material changes. Planned maintenance and live status are posted on our Status page.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using Fidiora at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
