A resolution is when Fidiora answers a customer and their issue is genuinely closed, not an abandoned chat or a silent timeout. Handoffs to a human are always free. Read the full plain-English definition on the How we define a resolution page.
Is there really no seat fee?
Correct. Add your whole team, and your whole company, at no extra cost. You pay only for genuine resolutions.
How is this cheaper than Intercom?
