Privacy Policy

The short version: your data is yours. We use it to run Fidiora for you, we never sell it, and we never use your customer conversations to train third-party AI models. This page is a clear summary, not legal boilerplate. Questions: privacy@fidiora.com.

1. Who we are

Fidiora ("we", "us") provides an AI-native customer support platform. This policy covers our marketing site and product. If you are an end customer chatting with a business that uses Fidiora, that business is the data controller; we process data on their behalf.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: name, work email, company, and billing details when you sign up.
  • Content you connect: help docs, website content, and past tickets you point Fidiora at, so it can answer accurately.
  • Conversations: support chats handled or assisted by Fidiora, including messages and resolution outcomes.
  • Usage data: standard logs, device and browser information, and analytics about how the product and site are used.

3. How we use it

  • To run the service: resolve questions, capture leads, route conversations, and bill per resolution.
  • To improve reliability, security, and support quality for your account.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important changes.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use your conversations or customer data to train third-party AI models.
  • We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. AI subprocessors

Fidiora uses third-party model providers to generate responses. Content sent to these providers is processed only to produce an answer for your account and is not used by them to train their models, per our data processing agreements. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. You can export or delete your data at any time.

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review. See our Security page for details.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@fidiora.com.

9. International transfers

We may process data in countries other than yours. Where we do, we use appropriate safeguards. Enterprise plans can request specific data residency.

10. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Fidiora after a change means you accept the updated policy.
