All traffic to Fidiora is encrypted with TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest. We separate customer data so that one account cannot access another's, and we apply least-privilege access internally so staff only reach what they need to support you.
Fidiora answers using your connected help docs, website, and past tickets. Content sent to model providers is used only to generate a response for your account, and not to train their models. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
